Turnover Restock Machine is a machine in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawned by Tarnished Keeper when a Shop is upgraded to the max level with Turnover while holding Birthright.

Requires 5¢ in order to reroll all items/pickups for sale in the current room.

Has a 50% chance to blow up starting from the third use.

When bombed, rerolls all items/pickups for sale and spawns several pickups.
